2. Refunds (if applicable)
Returned items are inspected before any decision to provide a full refund is granted.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during your order, within 10 days, after we have received your returned item.

3. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, contact us at for further information.

4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift (store) credit for the same value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

5. Return Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
When returning your item for a refund, you will need to bear the shipping cost for the return.
Depending on where you live, the item may take some time getting to you.
We recommend selecting or using a shipping service with tracking, and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

Warranty Information
All SUAOKI brand products come with at least a manufacturers'12-month warranty. If you encounter any problems with your product during this period, simply email us for assistance.
Warrants you, the purchaser of any SUAOKI products, that the product shall be free of defects from the original manufacturer for one year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").
SUAOKI products must be purchased brand-new from an authorized seller of SUAOKI for the warranty to be considered valid. This warranty does not cover refurbished products or products sold as second hand.
This warranty does not cover:
Improper Use or Installation
Cosmetic Damage
Damage due to acts of nature. (For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricane and such)
Commercial Use
Modifications to any part of the Product
