Questions & Answers

Ask a Question
  • Can I charge the s270 with the solar panels while charging other devices? For example 1) phone charging through USB 2) powering a laptop using the standard AC outlet

Yes, it can be charge and discharge at the same time.

  • I purchased a Suaoki S270 portable solar charger this week via Amazon Australia. My charger has a single 240v AC outlet which fits a three pin Australian plug which seems to work fine. The outlet looks as if it will also fit a 110V AC American plug and a 230v AC three pin UK plug. Will all 3 plugs fit safely, and does the AC outlet supply both 110v AC (100W) and 220-240v AC (100W) to the proper plug in each case? (one at a time of course). Your assistance is most appreciated regarding use overseas.

It can be safely used for  220-240v AC (100W).

  • Can it run a 110v 600watt travel hairdryer?

    No, it can not.
It can run the devices under 100W.

  • If the unit has the EU multiplug style, can it be used safely with 110v AC (100w) ? I know it can be safely used for 220-240v AC (100W) but not sure with 110v AC.

Yes, it can safely used for the 110V AC (100w) and it has the EU version too.

  • I have a S270. If I purchase a 25W portable Solar Panel, how long would it to chafe the S270?

25W solar panel wattage is too small to charge the S270, you need to purchase the 60W solar panel.

  • How many hours will a CPAP machine on the s270

It depends on the wattage of the CPAP, the port you use and the CPAP function you use.

    It sells sepetatly.

    Solar Panel: 13V~22V (Min 30W) 3.5*1.35mm Ports
If the voltage suitable, and then 160W would e okay.
But the max current would limit to 2A, which means even the solar current input larger than 2A, then the generator only has 2 A input.
But it will not do harm to the battery.

  • does it come with all the cords or do i have to buy them

    It comes with the cords.

    Package Includes

  • Can you use any solar panel with the matching plug to charge the unit or does it have to be a Suaoki solar panel?
